    Detailed Itinerary

    Day 1: Arrival at Manali

    Your adventure begins in Manali where you’ll meet your trekking team. Attend a comprehensive trek briefing session and equipment check. Get familiar with your fellow trekkers over dinner while discussing the exciting journey ahead. Overnight stay in a comfortable hotel.

    Day 2: Manali to Barshaini to Kheerganga (9,200 ft)

    Drive from Manali to Barshaini through the picturesque Parvati Valley. Begin your trek to Kheerganga, famous for its hot springs. The trail winds through pine forests and offers stunning views of the surrounding peaks. Enjoy a relaxing evening soak in the natural hot springs. First night of camping under the stars.

    Day 3: Kheerganga to Tunda Bhuj (11,500 ft)

    Trek through dense forest gradually giving way to open meadows. Cross several streams as you follow the Parvati River upstream. The landscape becomes increasingly dramatic with snow-capped peaks coming into view. Camp at the beautiful meadow of Tunda Bhuj, surrounded by towering mountains.

    Day 4: Tunda Bhuj to Thakur Kuan (12,900 ft)

    Today’s trek brings more challenging terrain as you gain significant altitude. Pass through sprawling meadows dotted with shepherd huts and grazing grounds. The vegetation starts thinning as you approach the campsite of Thakur Kuan. Evening brings spectacular views of the sunset on surrounding peaks.

    Day 5: Thakur Kuan to Mantalai Lake (13,500 ft)

    A long day of trekking takes you to the sacred Mantalai Lake, source of the Parvati River. Navigate through boulder zones and moraine fields. Witness the dramatic glacier views and capture the ethereal beauty of Mantalai Lake. Camp beside the lake for an unforgettable night under the stars.

    Day 6: Mantalai Lake Rest and Acclimatization

    Crucial rest day for acclimatization. Take short walks around the lake, prepare for the pass crossing, and soak in the magnificent surroundings. Your guides will conduct important briefings about the upcoming pass crossing. Practice glacier walking techniques and review safety protocols.

    Day 7: Mantalai to Pin Parvati Pass Base (15,400 ft)

    Trek to the base of Pin Parvati Pass. The terrain becomes increasingly challenging with glacier travel and moraine crossing. Set up camp in this stark, high-altitude environment. Early dinner and rest in preparation for the demanding pass crossing tomorrow.

    Day 8: Pass Crossing to Pin Side Base Camp (15,100 ft)

    The most challenging day begins before dawn. Make the steep ascent to Pin Parvati Pass (17,450 ft), offering panoramic views of both Parvati and Pin valleys. Descend carefully into the Pin Valley, noticing the dramatic change in landscape. Camp at a lower altitude for better rest.

    Day 9: Base Camp to Mud Village (12,450 ft)

    Descend through the stark landscape of Pin Valley. Witness the fascinating transition to Buddhist culture as you approach Mud, the first village of Spiti. Experience the warm hospitality of the local people and explore this remote mountain village.

    Day 10: Mud to Kaza

    Short morning walk around Mud village before driving to Kaza. Afternoon to explore this high-altitude town, visit the local monastery, and celebrate the completion of your trek. Farewell dinner and comfortable hotel stay.

    Day 11: Departure from Kaza

    After breakfast, transfer to the bus station for your onward journey. Trip concludes with memories of an epic Himalayan adventure.
